Our goal is to ensure that your Zeitholz watch arrives in perfect condition and stays with you for as long as possible. All watches are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of sale. In the unlikely event that the watch proves to be defective under normal use, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge at the discretion of the Zeitholz Warranty Department. The Zeitholz warranty covers malfunction or breakage of:

• Dial: indexes, logo, hands.
• Clasp: Fastening and clasp

Damage to the watch due to improper use, water damage, scratches, etc. is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you have any questions or issues, our dedicated customer service team will assist you as soon as possible.
