In 2016, Sam and Philipp, two good friends that shared a love for nature and a fascination with watchmaking, contemplated an idea that was fueled by the striking landscapes of the Ore Mountains:
"Could we create watches that echo the Ore Mountains' elegance?"
The Ore Mountains, named for their mineral riches, were more than a backdrop – they were a wellspring of inspiration. Sam and Philipp aspired to capture the region’s understated beauty in their designs.
Driven by this vision, Zeitholz Watches was born. What began with timepieces has since grown into a full family of natural wood watches and accessories, allowing our community to wear sustainable design in a variety of ways.
