Our aim is to ensure that your Zeitholz watch arrives in perfect condition and lasts as long as possible. All watches are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event that the watch proves defective under normal use, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge at the discretion of the Zeitholz Warranty Department. The Zeitholz warranty covers malfunction or breakage of:

• Dial: indices, logo, hands
• Clasp: Fastening and clasp

Damage to the watch due to improper use, water damage, scratches, etc. is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you have any questions or problems, our dedicated customer service team will assist you as quickly as possible.
